In order to provide the best possible service, please provide the following information for any transportation service requested:

Airline and flight number(s) (Arrival and Departure)
Full name of at least one of the passengers.
Name of the pick-up and drop off location.
Let us know if you are traveling with extra luggage, golf clubs, boxes, car seats, etc, to assign the correct vehicle.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
ARRIVALS: Avoid the timeshare sellers. They will offer free transportation, but hook you into attending a timeshare presentation. Don't waste your valuable vacation time. Your driver will be waiting outside Terminal 2 (T2) holding a sign with your name.
DEPARTURES: There is a maximum 15-minute wait time for departures. If you are a NO-SHOW, the driver will leave and you will forfeit your return fare.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
Cancellations must be made 72-hours in advance otherwise no refund will be provided. According to local government regulations, changes can be made up to 5-hours prior to service. Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed and the service will depend on vehicle availability. Further changes to changes will not be allowed.

GOLF TRANSFERS
The pick-up and drop off location must be the same, unless previously arranged. Time limits for golf transfers typically run from 4 to 6 hours however, if you feel you may exceed the time limit, it is important to notify the driver in advance to coordinate transportation. Additional charges may apply.
