When you reserve any travel product or service with Warm Weather Golf, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree—without modification—to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You further acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions form part of your binding agreement with Warm Weather Golf. These Terms apply to all bookings made through this website, the Warm Weather Golf Sales Center, or through your Travel Advisor.
If you make a reservation on behalf of other participants, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf, and you agree to do so for all participants included in your booking.
Our agreement with you is limited to providing tee time booking services. Once your invoice has been paid in full and a course confirmation number has been issued, our contractual obligations to you are fulfilled.
Any matters, concerns, or disputes that arise with the golf course must be addressed directly with the course. While we are happy to assist you and advocate on your behalf if an issue arises, we do so solely as an intermediary and third party, and not as the provider of the golf services themselves.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) Unused round(s) that are part of a Vacation Package must be played during your stay. No refunds.
2) No-shows will forfeit their green fees.
3) Players and guests will abide by the course's Rules of Dress, Etiquette and Rules of Play.
4) Outside food and beverage is not permitted.
5) All courses have an average pace of play and you agree and acknowledge these times.
6) Riders are permitted on availability. Contact the golf course the day of play, to confirm rider availability.
7) Single Players may be paired with other players.
8) Players removed from the course due to violating course policies are not eligible for a pro-rata refund of unplayed round(s).
9) If renting clubs, inspect the club set for damage prior to use. You are responsible for all damages.
10) All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your tee time. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your greens fees.

WEATHER
1) Course closures due to weather are at the discretion of the Course Manager.
2) If the course is open, you are expected to play. Bring proper rain gear.
3) During inclement weather, you are responsible for contacting the course to verify the course's operational status.
4) If unable to play due to course closure, your replay will be determined by the Course Manager.
5) The Course Manager will evaluate each situation to determine replay, refund, or loss of rounds.
Each individual course may supersede the policies and guidelines above.
