TEE TIMES - ALREADY BOOKED
If you purchased a Warm Weather Golf Vacation Package, Tee Times may be included in your package. Please check your Reservation Confirm to verify they are included. If included, read/agree to the Policies below and complete the form.
Once you submit the form and your request is processed, you will receive a Tee Time Confirmation Email with all of the necessary details regarding your round(s) of golf.
RAIN POLICY
Course closures due to weather are at the discretion of the Course Manager. If the golf course is open, you are expected to play. It is YOUR responsibility to check the rain refund policy at each course as it may change. In most cases, the course will issue a "rain check" if you are unable to complete your round. Contact the course for closure information.
If you are unable to play due to the weather, we may:
1) Reschedule your round(s)
2) Unused round(s) that ARE part of a Vacation Package are NOT transferable. No refunds. Use them or lose them.
3) Unused round(s) that ARE NOT part of a package are transferable, may be played at a later date or may be refunded as dictated by the course. If they don't refund, we can't refund.
4) To reschedule an unused round(s), contact [email protected].
NO-SHOWS / CANCELLATIONS
1) No-shows forfeit their green fees. No refunds.
2) Cancellations must be made at least 48-hours in advance, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your greens fee.
3) Course contact information can be found in your Course Reservation Confirmation email.
GENERAL POLICIES
Players and guests will abide by the course's Rules of Dress and Etiquette.
1) Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
2) The average play is 4-hours, 30-minutes. By booking this reservation you acknowledge the pace of play requirements.
3) Riders are permitted based on the availability of golf carts and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Contact the golf course the same day of play, to confirm availability and current price. Rider or guest fee(s) can be paid directly to the course.
4) Single Players may be paired up with other players to make a 3 or 4-some.
REFUND POLICIES
1) No-shows will forfeit their green fees. NO REFUNDS
2) Cancellations must be made at least 48-hours in advance, failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your greens fee.
3) Players removed from the course due to violating course policies will not be eligible for a pro-rata refund of round(s).
4) Unused round(s) that ARE part of a package are transferable or may be played at a later date. No refunds.
5) Unused round(s) that ARE NOT part of a package are transferable, may be played at a later date or may be refunded.
6) All cancellations must be in writing. (email)
