TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Our agreement with you is limited to providing transportation booking services. Once your invoice has been paid in full and a confirmation number has been issued, our contractual obligations to you are fulfilled. Any matters, concerns, or disputes that arise with the transportation provider must be addressed directly with the provider. While we are happy to assist you and advocate on your behalf if an issue arises, we do so solely as an intermediary and third party, and not as the provider of the transportation services themselves.
ARRIVALS: Your driver will be waiting outside the terminal building at the designated pick-up point indicated on your Transfer Reservation Confirmation. If you cannot find your driver, call the number on your Transportation Reservation Confirmation. If you miss your flight or connection, call the number on your Transportation Reservation Confirmation and give them your new arrival time and flight number. If you do not call, you will be considered a "NO-SHOW and you will forfeit your arrival fare. The drivers and dispatchers monitor your flight and will adjust their pickup time accordingly.
DEPARTURES: There is a maximum 15-minute wait time for departures. If you are a NO-SHOW, the driver will leave and you will forfeit your return fare.
CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES
Cancellations must be made 72-hours in advance otherwise no refund will be provided. Due to local government regulations, changes can be made up to 5-hours prior to service. Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed and the service will depend on vehicle availability. Further changes to changes will not be allowed.
GOLF TRANSFERS
The pick-up and drop off location must be the same, unless previously arranged. Time limits for golf transfers typically run from 4 to 6 hours however, if you feel you may exceed the time limit, it is important to notify the driver in advance to coordinate transportation. Additional charges may apply.
